30 minute in home consultation
Furnishing or lighting a single space
Recommendation for fit, colour, finish, and style
This service costs $550, and the design fee can be used towards a purchase of $5,000 at Miko Designs within three months.
Studio Essentials
The Studio Essentials service is designed to help you bring a look together across more rooms or larger spaces.
This service includes:
45 minute in home consultation
Furnishing or lighting up to three spaces
Recommendation for fit, colour, finish, and style
Space planning
Concept board.
This service costs $1,650 and the design fee can be used towards any purchase of $15,000 at Miko Designs within three months.
Feature Lighting
The Feature Lighting Service is designed to help you achieve a cohesive feature lighting design for your home.
This service includes:
45 minute in home consultation
Lighting recommendation for fit, colour, finish, and style
Concept board.
This service costs $1,650 and the design fee can be used towards any purchase of $15,000 at Miko Designs within three months.
Feature Lighting Plan
An add-on to the Feature Lighting Service, the Lighting Plan provides you confidence and saves you time guiding your trades.
This service includes:
Feature lighting reflected ceiling plan
Switch mapping.
This service costs $1,650 when Floor plans with dimensions are supplied to Miko.
This service costs $2,190 when Floor plans are not supplied to Miko,
Rug Essentials
The Rug Essentials studio service is designed to help you choose the right rug for your space.
30 minute in home consultation
Recommendation for fit, colour, finish, fibre, and style
This service costs $550 and the design fee can be used towards a purchase of a Kvadrat rug at Miko Designs within three months.
Spaces
A space or a room could be separated or across an open plan, for example 3 spaces includes a dining, living and bedroom.
