Cover Armchair

Cover is born from a desire to create a comfortable and contemporary armchair in wood. I aimed for a crisp and vivid expression in the plywood while looking for a solid and grounded look in the frame and base of the chair. Three years of play and hard work in the making has resulted in a light, yet strong armchair, playing and taking the moulded veneer to its extreme.
THOMAS BENTZEN ON THE DESIGN
Hinting towards archetypical designs and Scandinavian traditions, the Cover Armchair is a sophisticated take on a timeless form. With a sturdy beech wood frame and ingenious curved backrest that stretches into armrests, the CoverArmchair is appealing on its own as a statement chair or as a set in a professional or private setting.
